I am passionate about being a Wellness Coach at Fitlife Foods because….

I think it is important for everyone to learn how to live a physically and mentally healthy, balanced life. Fitlife Foods and Project U have given me the opportunity to share my passion for health, food and exercise with people of all ages and walks of life. Project U gives people an opportunity to work one-on-one with a trained coach and chase their goals. I love being able to help facilitate motivation within my clients. And, I find so much joy in helping my client’s reach their goals, whether it be winning a competitive running race or “red light, green light” against their 4-year-old.

 

My Background….

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports and Exercise Science with a specialization in Human Performance. I am working on my Master’s in Applied Learning and Instruction with a focus in Health Education in December 😊
