My philosophy is that food is medicine! Food is so powerful, and it’s crazy how much mindfulness is not applied to food choices. What we put into our bodies three times a day is so important and has the ability to make powerful changes in our life. I am a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and I am currently in school studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. I consider myself a nutrition and self-care advocate.  I am happy to be part of the Fitlife family helping those who chose Fitlife Foods as part of their wellness regiment.

Education is key, I not only love to provide clients with the convenience of healthy chef prepared meals, but also the latest information on healthy eating so they may also make smart choices otherwise! Every time I see a client, I make sure they know what they should be eating and WHY it’s good for them!
