Eating Fitlife helped me decrease my blood sugar & cholesterol Dori N, Florida

Dori Newberry has been a customer and Project U client at Fitlife since the beginning of March this year. Her goal was to overall feel healthier and lose weight. Weekly email check-ins of encouragement and keeping her accountable helped Dori reach the health goals she was looking to attain. Dori stuck with eating all Fitlife meals and a weekly cheat meal out to dinner Friday nights. 

By staying on track, Dori managed to decrease blood sugar levels by 30 points, decrease cholesterol by 40 points, and decrease her liver levels as well!
