Katie is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She’s also a former member of the USA National Gymnastics Team and a UCF grad with a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science with a specialization in Human Performance and M.A. in Education with a focus in health and wellness.
With hands-on experience in Acrobatic Gymnastics, Yoga, Zumba, Crossfit, distance running and Olympic weightlifting, Katie is your answer queen for questions about staying active and eating right.
