Fitlife Foods partners with NuCycle, a company committed to the upcycling and re-usability of plastic to create fuel cells to make cement for city roads. So, crazy as it seems, by upcycling a Fitlife Foods container with us, you are helping the community. Of course, our #5 polypropylene containers are safe for recycling in your community. Read more about this awesome partnership HERE.

FitBox or FitBag:
Our boxes, liners, ice packs, and containers are 100% recyclable. Unlike the cardboard boxes and containers, the liners can’t go in your curbside bin, but they can be dropped at a recycle location or a grocery store near you. The denim insulator in our FitBox can be thrown away, but it is 85% biodegradable, and the material can be used for any home DIY project (like a pet bed). Ice packs can be reused, or you can recycle them once you empty the liquid out.

Project U

What is Project U?

Project U is a free program designed to help you bring out your best self. It all starts with meeting one-on-one with a certified Fitlife Wellness Coach, learning about your body composition, setting goals and then scheduling meals to help you achieve them. Did we mention it’s totally free?

How do Wellness Coaches come up with meal schedules?

Based on your body composition, our coaches use an in-house tool to calculate just the right ratio of carbs, proteins and fats for a total number of daily calories that will help your reach your goals.

How are wellness coaches certified?

While many of our coaches have experience in coaching, personal training, sports psychology and other health and nutrition backgrounds, certified Fitlife Wellness coaches also complete a proprietary week-long training program created with years of insights from helping people just like you.

How do I schedule an initial session?

Getting started is as easy as signing up online to request your first wellness session or asking anyone from our team in-store to schedule a session.

What is the cost?

Project U is totally free. Yes, free! You only pay for the FitMeals—which are also backed by a Love It 100% Guarantee.

What goals can Project U help me with?

While Project U can help you with weight loss, muscle gain, or just having more energy, it’s so much more than that. Project U is about helping you feel awesome. And can help you bring out your best self by enjoying delicious meals and learning how to make sustainable lifestyle changes. The list is endless! And we can’t wait to get you started.

Once my meal schedule is ready, how long will you hold them for?

Meal scheduling is completely flexible and designed around your schedule. If for some reason you can’t come by to pick up your meals on your scheduled day, just let your Wellness Coach or local Fitlife know and we’ll hold them for you for up to 48 hours.

What is your commitment to food safety?

At Fitlife Foods, your health and safety are truly our top priority. Since our founding in 2011, we’ve employed a culture of commitment to continuous improvement and food safety rigor. Here’s how:

We have a former State of Florida Department of Agriculture inspector on-staff full-time to oversee quality assurance of everything we do.

We conduct weekly laboratory testing at our facility to ensure 100% cleanliness.

We prepare and pack all meals under refrigeration, and transport all our meals via refrigerated trucking to ensure a constant cold chain to our stores and our weekly home delivery customers.

All employees, vendors, and guests are required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when entering all of our food production zones.

Our decentralized zone equipment system ensures no cleaning equipment is used outside of its designated zone.

All employees, vendors, and guests are required to pass through a sanitizing vestibule on their way into our food protection zones-which provides thorough sanitation of hands, body and boots.

All individuals are required to pass a temperature wellness check upon entering our facility.
